A Design Concept is the foundation for creating a beautifully finished space. Design Concept clients typically enjoy shopping, decorating, and making the final decisions.

With an AFID Design Concept, they can “pick Alana’s brain” and get a professional second opinion to be sure they’re heading in the right direction.

Includes:

• Space plan 
• Color scheme
• Consultation on selections (i.e. fixtures, furniture, decor, paint colors, etc.)
• (1) Design Concept Meeting
• (1) Follow-up revision 

For Design Concepts, we charge a flat rate design fee per space.

We consider a space to be one room or one consistent area. During your Discovery Call we’ll determine the best way to classify your space(s).

A Design Plan builds off of a Design Concept to provide clients with a more detailed design plans and elevations, specific selections, and budget.

Our Design Plan clients typically don’t want to spend time shopping or making design decisions or they need to provide builders, contractors, and additional parties with detailed design plans so they can act quickly and expedite project completion.

Includes:

• Space plan
• Color scheme
• Elevations (if necessary)
• Specific selections for all fixtures, furniture, decor, paint colors, etc.
• Shopping list with links to selections and back-up options
• Detailed project budget
• (1) Design Plan Presentation and finalization meeting
• (1) Follow-up revision

For Design Plans, we use the estimated number of selections and intricacy of the space plan to determine a flat rate design fee.

During your Discovery Call we’ll determine the best way to classify your space(s).

DESIGN PLANS

$1,000 per small space (5 – 10 selections) and a 1 hour Design Presentation Meeting

$1,500 per medium space (10 – 15 selections) and a 1.5 hour Design Presentation Meeting

$2,000 per large space (20+ selections) and a 2 hour Design Presentation Meeting
